One of the important messages from today is “See and Be Seen”.

In this picture there are actually two people sitting next to eachother…..you can only see the one on the left because of the highly reflective strips on the jacket. Something to bare in mind when you’re walking home on those dark winter nights! If drivers can’t see you they can’t avoid you!

I really enjoyed it now, I know a lot more about road safety so i am much safer on the road. Thankyou Mr Jackson.

I was picked to sit in the trucks cab and to look through the wing mirror to see if I could see the people who were down the side of suzi (the truck) and who ever I could see I told to stand out of the way these are the people who would still be alive if i was a real truck driver. All the children that I couldn’t see would be dead!!!!

Suzi came to our school and every one liked her. She and Mr Jackson came to our school car park and talked to us about road safety. There was prizes like balloons and badges.I think Miss Jackson got pink because it is her favourite colour.

A few fridays ago we went to go and have a look round a truck named suzi i enjoyed it very much we learnt a lot about roadsafety thanks to the jackson family for organising the evevnt

Suzi is one of a group of trucks who are used to promote road safety.

Mr Jackson came into school a few Fridays ago to show us Suzi the pink truck and to teach us about road safty!I really enjoyed it. THANKYOU!!!!!!!!!!

Stop Think and Go!

After stopping at a sensible place on the pavement, you need to think about how to cross safely and think about what you are doing befor you do it.

Miss jacksons class ARE doing go after stop and think and this is teaching us to STOP THINK AND GO

Today Suzi visited school!!

She was parked in the school drive when we arrived at school. She looked really cool because she had eyes in the windscreen and eyelids on the bit at the top of the cab. Where the grill is she has lips painted on so the front of her looks like a face.

I think Miss Jackson organised her to come because pink is her favourite colour!!
